Mr. Pravin Saraf holds a postgraduate degree in business management and is an alumnus of the Government College of Engineering, Pune.

He was appointed as Senior President & Head-Operations of the Company on 23rd October 2024.

He brings over 35 years of national and international experience with organizations such as Bajaj, Bosch, Endurance Technology and Crompton Greaves Consumer Electrical Ltd. He is a distinguished professional with a proven track record of leading organisation through transformative periods. He has successfully managed both the Green field and Brown field capacity expansions, significantly enhancing profitability & operational excellence.
